1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the hb33 website (located at hb33.bet) or any hb33 mobile-optimised platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person placing a wager or participating in any game or promotion offered by hb33.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hb33 platform and, if you hold an account, contact [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of any hb33 service following notification of changes to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.

hb33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes that significantly affect player rights will be communicated via the platform's notice system to registered account holders.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

The hb33 platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any game, bet, or promotion offered by hb33. By creating an account, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that:

• You are accessing hb33 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of hb33 services — including deposits, withdrawals, game participation, and bonus eligibility — you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with hb33. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. hb33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time, including but not limited to:

• Proof of identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of age: Any government-issued document displaying your date of birth.
• Proof of payment method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits.
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours) may result in temporary account restriction, withdrawal holds, or permanent account closure at hb33's discretion. hb33 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of account restrictions imposed due to incomplete or failed verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. hb33 will treat any instruction received from your account as having been made by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify hb33 support immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

hb33 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile banking methods.

• Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your hb33 account within seconds. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes. hb33 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by hb33 within 4–8 hours for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating hours. Card withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on your bank.
• Verification requirement: Your first withdrawal request will only be processed after successful completion of identity verification. Do not attempt to withdraw before submitting the required documents.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or weekly limits are displayed in the hb33 cashier section. hb33 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Refusal of withdrawals: hb33 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). hb33 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.

Players are responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. hb33 does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hb33 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus funds. In the absence of specific terms, the following general rules apply:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have a verified hb33 account in good standing.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided on expiry.
• hb33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in immediate disqualification, balance forfeiture, and account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the hb33 platform are supplied by internationally recognised third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's games operate under the rules established by that provider, which are accessible within each game's help or information section.

hb33 is committed to fair play. The Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in all hb33 games are independently tested and certified by the respective providers' compliance processes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as provided by the game supplier and represent theoretical long-run averages — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Malfunction policy: In the event of a technical malfunction in any game, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to players' accounts. hb33 is not liable for losses arising from software or hardware malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
• Disconnection policy: If you are disconnected from a live casino game or sports bet mid-session due to an internet or server issue, hb33's system will continue to process the round or event according to its established rules. hb33 is not responsible for losses caused by your own internet connection failure.
• Sports betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the rules published in the hb33 sportsbook terms. In the event of a dispute over a result, hb33's decision is final subject to the resolution process described in these Terms.
• Prohibited conduct: The use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any device to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account closure without refund.
• Collusion: Any form of player collusion in poker, live table games, or tournament play is forbidden. Suspected collusion will be investigated, and affected accounts will be suspended pending investigation.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

hb33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Suspected money laundering or use of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multi-accounting or creation of duplicate accounts.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at hb33 staff or other players.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement to do so.

Players may also voluntarily close their hb33 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after deducting any applicable bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should refer to the Responsible Gaming page for specific procedures. Self-exclusion requests are treated with additional care and are processed on a priority basis by the hb33 player welfare team.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hb33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the hb33 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if hb33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hb33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hb33 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the hb33 platform at your own risk. hb33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, network failures, government actions, or third-party service interruptions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law. Any dispute between you and hb33 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be escalated to [email protected] with full details of your complaint. hb33 will respond to formal complaints within 10 business days.
