2 18+ Age Restriction

3 Deposit Limits

4 Time-Out & Cool-Off Periods

Available time-out durations on hb33:

• 7 days — A one-week cool-off period, recommended if you have noticed signs of stress or chasing losses.
• 30 days — A one-month suspension for players who want a more substantial break while stopping short of formal self-exclusion.

During a time-out your hb33 account is fully suspended. You will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or access any gaming content. All promotional and marketing communications are also paused for the duration of your time-out. Any existing open bets placed before the time-out was activated will be settled normally according to their outcomes.

A time-out cannot be ended early once it has been activated. This is by design — the purpose of a time-out is to create a genuine pause, not a brief inconvenience. When your chosen time-out period expires, your account will automatically reactivate and you may log in as normal.

5 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a formal, binding agreement between you and hb33 that prevents you from accessing the hb33 platform for a defined extended period. It is a serious and powerful tool designed for players who feel that their gambling has become, or is at risk of becoming, a problem. hb33 treats all self-exclusion requests with the utmost seriousness and processes them as a priority.

Self-exclusion periods available on hb33:

• Irreversibility: Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the full duration chosen. hb33 will not process any request to lift or shorten a self-exclusion period early, regardless of the reason given.
• Re-activation after exclusion: Once a fixed-term self-exclusion period has expired, you may submit a formal written re-activation request to [email protected]. A minimum 24-hour reflection period is then applied before re-activation is processed. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed.
• Outstanding balances: Any real-money balance remaining in your hb33 wallet at the time of self-exclusion will be refunded to your registered payment method following the standard withdrawal verification process.
